Silverton Flake
This Sandy Springs homeowner reached out to Garage Floor Masters with a clear vision: they wanted their spacious 3-car garage to reflect the same level of care and quality as the rest of their upscale home. The concrete had seen better daysโstains, light surface cracking, and general wear had dulled the spaceโs appearance and functionality.
After reviewing our flake color options, they chose Silverton, a sophisticated blend of cool grays, charcoal, and white tones. This flake style complements both traditional and modern homes and pairs well with neutral-toned cabinetry, stainless tool chests, or polished auto finishes.
The Installation Process
Every great coating begins with expert preparation. We mechanically diamond ground the full surface of the garage, removed imperfections, and repaired minor cracks. Our team then applied a commercial-grade epoxy basecoat, followed by a full broadcast of Silverton flake, ensuring even coverage and visual texture throughout the space.
After curing and flake scraping, we sealed the surface with a UV-stable polyaspartic topcoat. This final layer provides chemical resistance, hot tire protection, and a sleek, easy-to-clean finish thatโs built to lastโeven in a high-traffic 3-car garage.
The project was completed in one day, and the transformation was immediate.
A Premium Finish for a Premium Garage
In Sandy Springs, many homeowners are looking to elevate their garagesโwhether for resale, storage, or lifestyle upgrades. This particular garage now serves as more than a parking space. It’s a showroom-quality floor that makes a visual statement while offering long-term performance.
Our client was thrilled with the outcome and is already considering bringing us back to coat their back patio.
