Phase 1: The Prep

We arrive on time and ready to work. We strip the concrete surface using professional grinders to remove old stains, oil, and potential contaminants. This step guarantees that our coating will stick for the long haul.

Phase 2: The Repair

If your floor has cracks or pitting, we fix them. We use a rapid-set filler that creates a level surface, ensuring your new floor looks consistent and hides the age of the original concrete.

Phase 3: The Design

We apply the base coat and cover it entirely with the decorative flakes you selected. This isn’t just for looks—the flakes add thickness and durability to the floor.

Phase 4: The Scrape

After a short drying period, we scrape the floor flat. This creates a uniform texture that is easy to sweep and clean but provides enough grip to be safe when wet.

Phase 5: The Seal

We finish with a Polyaspartic clear coat. Think of this as the “force field” for your floor. It resists chemical spills, prevents hot-tire pickup, and creates a glossy, beautiful finish that is incredibly easy to maintain.

I was pleasantly surprised by the entire experience with Garage Floor Masters of Alpharetta.
