Finally, we sealed the floor with a durable polyaspartic topcoat, giving the surface a UV-stable, scratch-resistant finish that resists chemicals, hot tires, and everyday garage abuse. The polyaspartic topcoat also allows for faster curing times, which meant the garage was fully usable within 24 hours.
